Perhaps I don't "need" to respond, but I'd "like" to respond by asking how you happen to know how many shares are restricted. By the way, I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything. Just having discussions with people, some of whom I agree with, and some I do not. No need to give your credentials just to have a discussion, is there? My son is a CPA too, and I have a masters in my chosen profession. So what? LOL
