By my math he had to lose a ton in it. Because at that time he was allready at multi year lows. if you want to give someone a pat on the back for great timing for selling at multi year lows at the time he was selling. I feel like and idiot when I do that, but to each their own I guess. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
