Thanks for the pics. That looks so good. I need to get one of those instapots. Hopefully I can remember the next time I'm out. If I sat and ordered everything I wanted on-line? I wouldn't be able to afford it, or have a place to put all the stuff I want. My poor memory at the store is a survival technique.
I've got ribs too, mine were smoked a little heavier than I liked. My last smoking attempt did more smoking and not enough heating. It was still good, could have been better.
