Made (for Bryan) some yummy fresh baby back pork ribs in my "instantpot" earlier (tues night).

I like to call it an "instapot" but whatever, lol.

I make my own rub from low sodium lawry's salt, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, ground red pepper, cumin, mustard powder, cinnamon sugar, pepper, stuff like that... its whatever you like...

I put about a cup of water in the bottom of the pot, a few drops of "liquid smoke"... then laid segments of the ribs around, upright vs piled on top of each other (that last one you see along the top needed to fit so it was flat but the rest were standing up)...

cooked it for just 2 hours (and this was nearly 2 racks of ribs!)

Super tender... i put it on the plate and sprinkled on yet more of my homemade rub, as it can be bland without a touch of fresh rub...

topped that with heated up bbq sauce with a touch of sugar free maple syrup!
