This "existing shareholder" of APRU that Dufort is possibly acquiring these shares from - Robert J. Corr; IDGC had or still has an existing relationship from a previously executed MOU with Corr Brands, Inc.

On March 23, 2017 The Company IDGlobal Corp. agreed to a Conversion and Debt Settlement Agreement to complete the Prior obligation due to Corr Brands, Inc under an MOU and Licensing and Distribution Agreement executed in June of 2014 which gives the company exclusive worldwide rights to the development, sale, and distribution of “Green Rush” Products until December of 2017.
