Interesting and important info. So the Baker Bros tend to have a seat on the Board which I don't believe they do presently with AMRN ( so watch this space) and are able to sit tight on their money. Whilst for my own personal reasons I would prefer a BO in the 6 month time frame the more I look at this the more I think a GIA strategy for a couple of years is more likely.

IF there is NO SEC 13D or 13F filings showing otherwise should clearly show they have NOT made any changes!
ANY institution that owns more than FIVE % of a security is REQUIRED to after owning more than 5%, to file within IIRC no later than 3 days ANY change from their last SEC filing.
