JL may have mentioned, but I'm too lazy to search through his posts. Is there a relationship between EPA and AA? Does EPA lower AA?
I'm just confused why EPA/AA (instead of only EPA level) is important to us. I get it, the bigger the ratio of EPA/AA the better, but why are we including AA in Reduce-it discussions? My understanding is that AA should remain constant in both arms, but of course EPA should increase.
So why not discuss EPA level, versus EPA/AA?
