You bring up a very good point about Tilray's IPO that I hadn't even thought of, and you're right, if it had been priced right to begin with, they wouldn't have to raise additional capital and put it on the current shareholders.
I could see current Tilray shareholders bailing and looking for other places to put their money, like Aurora. (I would.)
