Apple can use the mark “liquidmetal,” if and only if, the product contains LQMT’s BMG

It will be nice to see the explicit legal language that cover "IF AND ONLY IF"

Wonder why all Apple patent filed beyond Feb 2016 does not contain the liquidmetal term then.

They reference liquidmetal as liquid metal in their website I believe it’s generic.
