You conveniently left out mention of this,

A reduction in authorized shares will bring increased investor confidence and value. AS reduction is very rare in the OTC. Rich and the new CFI are bringing lots legitimacy to the company. With no toxic debt, increased market distribution, product growth, and uplist with AS reduction, now is a great time to invest. Shares won't remain this cheap for very long.

If the count of shares is to exceed the AS.

Again huge part is completely being omitted.

The OS will not be maxed out unless a ton of new shares are added because of one of the following:

- merger
- large financing
- partnership with another company that comes with large financing

End of story. This are all going to increase the value for the shareholders.

Also the myth that an RS is needed to uplist is also completely false.
