I was reading that complaint earlier...that is some wild stuff. They were going through all kinds of measures to hide the fraud. Some of those stocks listed in the complaint are still trading today...one of them was even diluting shares today.

This is no joke...they were able to pull $150M+ dollars out of the US OTC markets.

This was a huge bust and as NODUMMY said there is likely much more coming from this.

All those tickers should be suspended already. Unreal.

When you mentioned Boston and Flaherty it made me think of Sean Flaherty/Insider Financial.
Related to SEC litigated Coleman Flaherty.

I’ll have to check if he pumped any of those stocks.
