So yes 4.3m is the total for Bioamber Canada and Bioamber Us, Inc. The price for the plant is not included because although it is an asset in Canada it is no longer a corporation in Canada. That can be confirmed by going to Quebec registry that you searched for Newco information and just type in Bioamber Sarnia. You will see there Quebec filing was withdrawn/radiated on 05-29-2012.
