Now i want you to read this excerpt from an SEC filing:
Bioamber Sarnia, Inc is owned in whole by Bioamber International S.A.R.L a Luxembourg Corporation that is owned in whole by Bioamber Inc. formly DNP. So yes 4.3m is the total for Bioamber Canada and Bioamber Us, Inc. The price for the plant is not included because although it is an asset in Canada it is no longer a corporation in Canada. That can be confirmed by going to Quebec registry that you searched for Newco information and just type in Bioamber Sarnia. You will see there Quebec filing was withdrawn/radiated on 05-29-2012.
why is there a need then for a French Sales Order? Please see attached article and note the date:
Bioamber US is 100 percent owned by Bioamber SAS a French corporation.
