That’s not the market value they had the plant appraisal done by a third party they valued the plant over 70 mil Canadian I believe and I think like 25 mil straight liquidation chop shop style. All in the first monitors report I believe, those values were under the bankruptcy conditions as is also. Those are the market values under this situation as done by a third party unbiased appraisal company who’s business is to appraise such assets.
