That’s not what I said. Go back to the US Court filing of the unsealed APA. The company’s assets are being bought by “Newco” for $4.3 million, of that amount a min of $150,000 was allocated to the US Assets. The exact amount has not been finalized.
That is what Mitsui may challenge...what that allocation actually ends up being. They are also reserving the right to go after the US assets on their own.
