I think Mitsui is not happy with the allocation to Bioamber Inc and they are reserving their right to recover a bigger piece of the pie.

As they should.

There is a reason why it was filed with the US Court, as BioAmber Inc., along with their Canadian subsidiaries, guaranteed the debt to Mitsui.

Mitsui wants their cut, both from the Canadian assets and from whatever funds BioAmber Inc. may receive from the sale of the US assets.
