ViaOne Gaming is a subsidiary of ViaOne Services which does over $100 million a year in business. A significant part of Good Gamings future success is going to be from their proven track record.

Unlike most OTC companies that don't have a pot to piss in, I personally would be careful about slandering a $100 million dollar company, and its Chairman, who have deep enough pockets to protect their brand by making examples of keyboard phantoms.

Now, wouldn't that be something?
