Assets are NOT greater than debts in this case. The amount of the debt far outweighs the market value of the assets, which is why the Company recently warned both creditors and common shareholders that they would receive nothing.
That warning was completely factual. Most of the secured creditors, and all of the unsecured creditors, are getting stiffed. Which means the common shareholders not only get nothing, they will also be cancelled.
