Except that it IS a straightforward liquidation. There is absolutely nothing special about BIOAQ.

The value of their assets is much less than the amount of their liabilities. They have liquidated their assets for a fraction of what is owed. The money will be paid to the creditors in legal order, and most of them get nothing. Upon the conclusion of the bankruptcy, the Company will be wound-up, the remaining debt discharged, and the equity interests (common shares) cancelled.

Again, nothing unusual about the process or the case. And we already know all the pertinent details, as they are clearly included in the documents.

Common shareholders get nothing.
