I think my question was clear and she chose to answer it as she did. I can only surmise they don't have much concern for the US perception of the stock. It is not my decision whether they address SEC regulatory concerns. That is their choice and I will factor that into my investment decisions. There are other CA juniors of similar market cap that are listed on the OTC in one fashion or the other implying some "financial" criteria to be so listed. I questioned yesterday about the volume subset of UEXCF vs. UEX and you opined earlier, this is likely one reason why the stock is not hitting the US investor's radar.
