I will say this. If you are concerned about reporting requirements, the TSX is one of the most regulation rich exchanges out there. I could be wrong, but I don't think there is an exchange out there that is more regulated.

Also, I think the Pink Sheet listing is quite common for Canadian Junior companies looking for a USA presence to provide more visibility and easier trading access to American investors at an affordable cost to the listing company.

I should add that I am not an expert in exchanges but I do have issues with the way they operate using ATS's. That said the TSX seems to call all the regulatory shots.
