There were two consecutive dividend increases in short order---one following the other soon after the initial one was announced. I think management was throwing us a bone but only a tiny one.
I've added shares twice over the last few weeks so while I wasn't sharp enough to have done especially well, I think this will be turning around soon enough (+for me) with brighter days not far ahead.
