Playing devil's advocate here, but should the judge once again unleash our band of vagabonds on the public that which most likely take place would be an immediate bounce at which time those who have their shit together would bail and take what they can in the way of profits. Next would be yet another r/s of probably 1000/1 in order to prop up the pps to that which appears more palatable --- for dbmm, not present shareholders.
IMO, a decade of busted promises and unacceptable revenues could produce such a scenario easily.
