Let's see it from other perspective: if it is not rock solid why TEVA settled with AMRN … few months before R-IT read-out … 1-1.5 yrs before the end of the patent trial.

Time will tell, 2019 sNDA for R-I pushes exclusivity out until 2022. Should have an idea about Vascepa and Alzheimer's disease 2021. The ALZ market is just as large as the cardiovascular market, might be larger.
