So why are those two major generics producers pursuing coming to market? Also, AMRN’s agreement with Teva is dependent on those two producers NOT coming to market, meaning if they do, Teva is coming too.

Are you better qualified than them? Do their experts on patent litigation and decades selling generics and dealing with all the legality that that entails not know what you do? Why haven’t they said, “Oh why bother, AMRN’s patents are bulletproof out to 2030!”
