One would assume BIIB has been testing A2-73 in everything from arrhythmia to Zosters.
That statement assume that Biogen has access to enough of the drug to do all that. My guess is that Anavex provided them with a certain amount of 2-73 and that would limit the amount of testing that Biogen can do.
I would hope that the company that Anavex contracted to manufacture the 2-73 would need Anavex's approval to sell any amount of the drug.
