You don't have to take my word for it or read some of my emails. The city, state, and federal governments are not going to allow this project to happen. The company is currently in unknown litigation, I can see why they went dark now. It would be hard to explain that they did little to no DD on how this would actually pan out, and have therefore wasted everyone's time and money.
As I posted a month ago and again by takeitorleaveit. This is real d&d that gets into the nuts and bolts of cannabis and tribes in the state of new mexico. It is pertinent to the D&D of any investor to be up to date on if considering investing into cannabis production on native lands.
As the EB-5 program is a central component of the success of this endeavor, the issues concerning the program must be a part of d&d as well as the past achievements of all involved that would bolster or hinder the success of the investment or even speculative investment at hand.
Please fact check to great detail this report,I dont know of a more current document addressing these points while also mentioning specifically bright green.
