Here is the proof that this project will not be happening soon, if at all.

"Finally, based on the Acoma Pueblo-Bright Green venture’s
stated plan to neither pursue permission from the state of New Mexico to conduct its massive cannabis
grow nor comply with established New Mexico medical cannabis laws and regulations, the operation
would likely be a large target for a federal enforcement to deter tribes from establishing cannabis
programs or businesses that go beyond the scope of state law. Considered together, the Acoma-Bright
Green joint venture presents a very high risk to the Pueblo and Delaware company of being: raided by
federal or state police authorities, taxed heavily by the state of New Mexico, vulnerable to civil liability,
and having its contracts found to violate public policy."

Wow. I mean just, wow. What were they thinking? They made themselves a giant target for the state, federal, and indian affairs officials. Just hiring a non-indian employee would instantly make that person a criminal. Didn't they think of any of this beforehand? Not pursuing a state permit? How did they plan on selling any of their product?

If that wasn't enough, here is proof that the company is in current litigation over the crumbling greenhouse in Grants that has yet to start being renovated.

Now combine alllll of this with the corrupt Eb-5 investment that we haven't heard of in 2 years. Not a pretty picture.

Bright green is no longer on the dalsem website.

There has been zero mention of the sunnyland farms greenhouse they bought. If they actually bought it?

Also, looking at Bright Green Group of companies on the New Mexico state site shows that they are current. They incorporated back in 15', then went dark and defunct for over 2 years. Suspicously tied to the lack of other news during this period.

The best news this stock has had in years is that we now have a merger taking place? For what? This project was supposed to have been done already and making money. Instead they decided to cut corners and piss off literally every institution and law enforcement agency tied to this. Had they not done that they might have had a chance.

Stick a fork in this one ladies and gentlemen. It's done.
