The opportunity to extend though to when they actually start testing is there and they are not taking advantage of the opportunity to extend.

that is logical-they have extended many times in the past-so either they achieved their goal or got supplemental financing elsewhere

testing resumes oct 14-meanwhile they no doubt have done more analysis,communication w providers and logistics

would be nice if they found packers which would survive temps longer
