Those attending may have to fill out a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if he says anything that deviates from 10-Q's or 8-K's. :-)

Unfortunately that would be a violation of the SEC FD regulation. Not the best of things to have happen while already under investigation. Brown will stick to the script. Or is it scripture?
