JBW.....Good questions and i do not know the answer. However do you remember about 2-3 years ago, Aramco was interested in the AROMA-TRACER unit? Then that talk just quietly went away.
What if the units were licensed to other companies for resale? What if Aramco bought the units from Chevron? Or what if they bought them from HAL OR SLB?
Just get that first order and all types of options open up, JMO!!!
