I wonder if evio is like being chained to a lot machine. I always think it's about to get better and then it gets worse. I think another 6 months will do the trick and then ...nope...situation more serious. I think my underlying assumptions are wrong. Oregon already over supplied with cannabis. If that happens in Cali, testing isnt profitable. Testing may be necessary but not profitable perhaps.
