Margins in OR are not great but the market there is very very saturated. In states like CA and MA where testing labs are far and few between I believe it will be a different story. WW quoted as high as 45% margin which i doubt includes other overhead operating expenses but pretty insane.
MA I believe will be a major surprise market despite the fact everyone is concentrating on CA. MA population is 150% OR. OR has 20+ labs and MA has 4. Ma is predicting a $1B MJ market meaning $30M market for labs (3%) in 2021. I'm sure MA will open more labs but there is a lot of cheddar cheese up for grabs in just this lab alone.
