Every script is different price, where do you get your info? link? Sounds like BS. Also the accounting mearsures change, depending on delivery cost and when final sales are complete. Depending on how they figure it. There are some new laws in play. Pharmaceutical companies determine cost of drugs anyway. Not RXMD

There are factors and details that are being ignored in the calculation. 340B scripts, these revenues are not reported, only the fees and this portion of the business has increased by over 150% since last year.

Example: Let's say net revenue for drug is $50 and the cost is $35. Well instead of recording net revenue of $50, RXMD is recording $35 for the fee amount received. Oh that is a 30% reduction in revenue per script.

These 340B scripts and fees play a huge factor and the changes in compounding reimbursement obviously has affected this as well.

And how would I know this?

Because the company has transparently told us so either in Financial Statements or PRs.

Dang it I just shot that theory all to heck.

Better luck next time.

RXMD’s plan is way beyond just making money from innocent elders and drug addicts, they plan on changing the way pharmacies and hospitals treat people, not like numbers, but like actual people with problems and feelings.
If you know anything about making money you may be thinking of the old saying “nice guys finish last” and RXMD are the nice guys so they’re going to finish last.
The thing is, RXMD has taken their time developing their plan of being helpful rather than greedy and yes it is a slower path than the greedy path but I for one support their plan because of it’s morality but also because they are pioneering the way of the future and pioneers usually make the most money, so I’m willing to be patient.
On the point you made in your post, my reply is this. “Volume” trumps “Margin”, the plan that RXMD intiated a few years back was to create a more personal, safe and cost effective approach to prescription disbursement and that has led to incredible volume of those prescription disbursements. Volume continues to increase on a monthly/yearly basis and they are only scratching the surface in one State, they will continue to grow in Florida and have the infrastructure in place to expand into other states.
RXMD’s plan not only gives it’s clients the personal touch but it also SAVES MONEY for insurance companies and governments.
RXMD’s margins may have dipped and may never recover but as they’ve proven, in a relatively short time, their volumes are increasing at a rate that usurpes those lower margins.
As I said, “Volume trumps Margin”
