Ya mean the 8-K King didn't file Form 8-K, Item 5.03?

I don't believe a 10-K will match the 8-Ks, which poses a problem for Valerie.

How/what/when/where does that effect anything since they've never filed?

IMO They'll try start july 1 as 1st Q

OR they probably at least got go back to the loan date,.

IF they can be done in two weeks, there won't be much to it.
