IT will happen quick. Harvard already has its new CUSIP. I am thinking something small got overlooked in the filing like clicking off a box or something. I am thinking days not weeks or months. I also think this change caught everyone off guard including any shorts.

Only that buying blip at 2:5- Pm would indicate anything adn I immediately checked all pages at OTCBB.com and it was not out yet but maybe I missed it.Ya see the new list gets posted but the link to it isnt until later.

For example - for the regular OTCBB.com the daily list is out from Monday but the link for it is not up yet.

BUt the link for Oct 27th is actually for Oct 26th - check the URL. You must actually change teh 26 to 27 in teh URL and you get the changes for Oct 30th BUT the link is not there yet. I checkk this every day for the new list around 2PM. That isa useful tip for those looking for surprises. I do it in case I have a position r/s ing and I want to exit before its known..

now for the OTHER list I always have trouble finding this page through the links.
