You can subscribe to email alerts from OTCBB, which can include the Daily List. In fact, the Daily List is often updated several times during the day. Some days I receive as many as 10 updates for the Daily List.

One caveat, depending on how fast emails clear through your email server, there can be delays. Still a good tool to have.
