Right you are Sammy, you have to be able to get something from them or it is a waste of time, and you can see by the "financials" that CSHD put out they don't have much at all...But you never know they could sue Rufus for the hourses.

I totally understand about class actions - have been in the legal business for 40+ years.

Sammy, I'm doing quite well. My pathology reports came back negative, which is ALWAYS GOOD! Think they got everything and I'm doing better each day. Thanks for your concern.
