Class actions may be a waste, especially if the corp doesn't have any real tangible assets and I don't think they maintained insurance. But there has to be money somewhere...
But individually, you may have a chance. I filed my own suit against a nasdaq company years ago after their CEO made very positive comments at a conference in Germany, then released massive losses a week later and the stock took a nosedive. It cost me $1,200 and they settled it for $13,850 (the amount of my loss + fees) out of court. It's not the same case here, but sometimes smaller amounts yield results.
