Then why triple the AS? It was already 2 billion. So clearly the CEO believes the OS will and must exceed the old AS of 2 billion shares.

A/S increase is not an O/S increase. Claiming the AS will be maxed is not fact. The only fact is the AS is 6B and the OS is 539K.

Do I think the OS will increase, yes. But no where near 6B
