You are right on, NO DILUTION !
I think that is so important, scam company's would have diluted the sh#t out of their company in the year or so I have owned SIGO.

Who told you that? Was it the CEO? Elvis? DB Cooper? The dead guy you consulted to at the Auto Show?

I hope it wasn't the CEO. The last thing that she said about a filing was on January 29th when she said:
"The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F, Form 11-K, Form N-SAR or Form N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date;".
