Attesting... but had they disclosed the SEC Investigation in a timely fashion, they would have interrupted the wave of buying that coincided with ZN being added to the Russell Index... Buy waiting until a few days after being added to the Russell, all those "Gifted Shares" were able to be sold at higher prices & during a wave of higher liquidity when it would not be noticed or hurt the share price...
This operation is so very crooked... literally everything this company says of does is aimed at deceiving someone...
