It all makes a lot sense Bio and is an excellent analysis. I thought so too when I read your original post a while back, but failed to respond. Guess I have a habit of mostly responding to posts that I don't feel makes sense :-).

Of course the big risk is PDD not bringing the hoped for result. On the other hand better to fail early and have some chance left pursuing the rest of the pipeline.

Easy to focus on share prices and timelines as an investor, but Missling's perspective must be on running a company leading it using strategy and experience towards investor return, not just a trial.

You mean it is possible that the shorts could get a little nervous this year? You are very convincing and are appreciated by all except those on the dark side. It is easy to be negative but hard to be constructive. You do a great job. This may in fact help the shorts reconsider.
