SIGO can't file a 10-Q without filing its 10-K first.

SIGO has to file the 10 K for FY 10/17.
The suspicion is that by filing a legit 10 K is that they would expose themselves to many authorities looking very hard at the filing.
It could be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Past DD by very qualified posters even suggest criminal activity.

Personally if I owned a company or was an officer, I would not want a potential Federal indictment over my head.
