20420 is a shared property, I believe there are four cannabis cultivators. 20420 is part of a gigantic farm much of which is currently not being used.
Each company (or 'people') have their own personnel at their grow sites.
20420 is partitioned with a fence and a guard at the entrance. SIGO is the only site at 20420 with their own 'wall' which completely encloses their site (except for the new Dry/Trim room).
