He used TGGI money to buy 100 million shares he has been dumping. He bought these before he became CEO of BDCI....He has not yet received the other 100 million for his contract. Watch out below when he does...............This stock is heading below 1 cent just a matter of time. 91 million shares at 0001 issued and to be issued and diluted for 9100.00 worth of debt. No proper business man would do that to his company unless they were insiders working with him screwing BDCI shareholders for their other companies like CC. BDCI has nothing to do and will not have anything to do with any other company. BDCI cannot be audited due to unexplained issues, this means they cannot merge, They are just issuing and dumping shares until the A/S is maxed out. CC does not have any shares to barter with so they use BDCI as a share selling vesel, Dwyers PR's are BS and show proof of lies and misleading info. TGGI got screwed so will BDCI. Cheers IMO
