Schlumpy, have you ever heard of having to sell shares to change brokers? Over the years, I’ve changed brokers a few times. I never had to sell shares in order to do so. You can transfer them.
Viaderma II is the same company as ViaDerma, it is just a different name under which we do business in one state. Apparently there was a company in Las Vegas unrelated to us with the name Viaderma. So to differentiate us from them we do business in Nevada under Viaderma II.
