It isn't, but I thought my Companies were suppose to enjoy a tax cut.

Are they C corps? Do they qualify as a pass through entity under the new tax code?

Again back to my statement, as of yet as a small business owner I haven't seen any positive benefit to the tax cut until I file my 2017/2018 FY taxes which the first set happens in a week or so.

You clearly aren't forecasting your business and taxable income because as long as you pay 90% of your current tax liability there is no underpayment penalty. You need to hire some better accounting/finance professionals.
