Yup it’s a fake PR. The pr uses the fake TRSI website at trophyresources.com that Joe Canouse already called out as a fake site

Interesting that the fake PR was issued through newsfilecorp.com.

That was the pr news service that Mark A Miller liked to use on some of his fake SOS filing scams like BLLB, UITA, and ECMH

I have sort of suspected that he might be the one behind this one. Now my suspicions have been strengthened.
