I believe SPCL is based in California, Not Nevada. The old address has been proven by the SEC to be out of date. The current address is the offices of Vertville in Cali. There would be no reason to continue registration in Nevada, maybe Delaware for the tax breaks or Cali for management.
Every Nevada company is required to have a Nevada registered agent. Since Solaris Power Cells' registered agent has resigned, they now have 31 days from August 22 to appoint a new one. It will be interesting to see if they bother to do so since they were already in default for not filing their Annual List of Officers by July 31.
